Kris Kristofferson

Biografia

Kristoffer Kristofferson (22 giugno 1936 – 28 settembre 2024) è stato un cantante, cantautore e attore country americano. Tra i suoi crediti come autore ci sono "Me and Bobby McGee", "For the Good Times", "Sunday Mannin' Comin' Down" e "Help Me Make It Through the Night", tutti successi per altri artisti. Nel 1985, Kristofferson si unì a altri artisti country come Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson e Johnny Cash nel supergruppo country The Highwaymen, una forza creativa chiave nel movimento country fuorilegge che abbandonava la tradizionale macchina country di Nashville a favore della scrittura e produzione indipendente.
